Looking for More Specialized Care?

For some conditions, additional support can be helpful. We offer specialized tools, including Radial Pressure Wave Therapy and Laser Therapy, to provide focused support for stubborn soft-tissue tension and tendon-related discomfort as part of a thoughtful, individualized care approach.

Radial Pressure Wave Therapy (RPW)

Radial Pressure Wave Therapy uses acoustic pulses to help reduce muscle aches, increase circulation, and activate connective tissue. The system we use offers a broad range of pressure settings and specialized transmitters, allowing us to address tightness, overuse strain, and soft-tissue irritation commonly seen with running, tennis, pickleball, golf, lifting, and other repetitive activities. RPW can also be helpful for myofascial trigger points, tendon insertion discomfort, and areas of chronic stiffness that limit comfortable movement.

Supports:

  • muscle aches and soft-tissue irritation
  • myofascial trigger points and localized tightness
  • repetitive-strain discomfort (running, tennis, pickleball, golf, lifting)
  • circulation and connective tissue activation
  • plantar fascia, Achilles, IT band, and shoulder soft-tissue tension

Laser Therapy

Laser therapy is a non-invasive light treatment used to support soft-tissue healing and reduce irritation. Sessions are quick, comfortable, and often helpful for easing tension, calming inflammation, and supporting recovery for active families.

Supports:

  • muscle and soft-tissue irritation
  • inflammation and swelling
  • tension and sensitivity
  • active recovery and mobility
